What we do
CHNA's mission is to improve and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood. We also work to encourage volunteerism and community projects so we can all get to know our neighbors and work with local officials.
We stay in touch with each other via email (CHNA@groups.io), Facebook, and Instagram.
Clean-ups & Block parties
The neighborhood association sponsors and block parties to bring people together for fun and beautification.
Speed awareness day
in cooperation with county police, the neighborhood hosts Speed Awareness Day twice a year. For a few hours each time, volunteers from the neighborhood greet drivers with signs urging safe driving, while county police make traffic stops for various violations, including the most common one - failure to stop at a stop sign.
